That was the whole reason.
One specific problem, one specific solution.

Then I started noticing something.
Nervous patients kept asking to sit in it.
Not because they needed to.
Because it did not feel like a dental chair.
There is more room around you.
Nothing is right in your face.
You can put your arms down at your sides.

Somebody once told me there is an old dental slogan.
We cater to cowards.
I used to think that was a joke.
Now I think it might be the most useful thing we do
here.
